Hello Million Meter March Week 2! Today is a strength day, working on Bench Press as our primary lift. Progressive load through the rounds, working up to ~90% 1RM. The given rep scheme is for Bench Press only, all other exercises stay the same each round. If you complete all 5 rounds, that’s your 1000m for the day!
