Deadlift 1RM coming Tuesday 3/18! Today, 4 sets of 4 reps, all done at the same weight (75% 1RM). Then, grab your favorite gal pal or sweat sister, tomorrow is International Women’s Day! Let’s celebrate in style - #womenhelpingwomen! Spend 5:00 at each of the 4 stations, going for MAX reps. Partners can work back and forth however they like within the 5:00 (1 work/1 rest). Keep a running total count of your reps between partners.
