We've got lots of Bench Press this month and next – we'll be working towards a 1RM in April. Today, start with 55%, and progress from there as able through 5 sets of 5. Then, spend the rest of the hour working through Part 2 – the given reps are for the RDL, Pull-Ups, and Box Squats. Do your best to progress those things as the reps decrease! Run + Plank Pull Thrus stay the same each round.
