Happy Monday! Today we have a slightly different format - OPEN GYM all day to finish up those 2 Million Meters! That means you can come in at ANY TIME and help us get there. We also have a workout (listed below) that you can do on your own; Deck of Cards! Aim for the whole deck or just set yourself a 20-30:00 time limit, pulling cards at random and completing the pulled number of reps (faces = 10 reps) corresponding with the exercises listed below.
