HEAVY is the goal today for our Overhead Squats. 80% ‘effort’ means EACH set is completed at 80% effort, so you may have to change the weight throughout your sets to stay at 80%, whether it be going up or going down. Think of 80% as about 1 rep in reserve (meaning, you feel confident that you could do another rep after the 3, but that’s about it).
