Bench Press 1RM test coming soon... today, start by working up to 80% of 1RM. Then, stay there for 3 sets of 3 reps. THEN, increase to 90% 1RM, and stay there for 3 sets of 2 reps. We last tested 1RM on 12/19/25. Then, spend the rest of the hour working up to 4 Rounds of Part 2. If you get through all 4, your 1000m row is done for the day!
