YAY for Back Squats! Starting to increase our focus and intensity here as we get closer to April. Today we have 5 sets, progressing in load as we decrease in reps. Then finishing the day with a spicy little EMOM! Alternating between two stations, so each station happens only 3 times. PUSH YOURSELF! On your final round, after Jump Squats, complete as many Plank Jacks as possible until the minute runs out.
