Working with some Strict Press today: key focuses are no arch in the back (hold the pelvis tucked + booty & legs squeezed, ribcage pulled down), press directly over the shoulder NOT out in front, and no bounce in the legs! We did this rep scheme last week for Bench Press – the goal is to progress in load every set, not just when the reps decrease. See what you can do!
