We’re doing SUMO Deadlifts today, BUT go off of your traditional Deadlift 1RM (we just tested last Friday) for your working weight: 85% 1RM. Use this weight for all 4 sets of 4 reps. Then, spend the rest of class working up to 4 Rounds of Part 2! We’re doing some sprints on the rower today, which won’t quite add up to 1000m. SO save ~5:00 at the end to finish up your meters for the day!
