Time to partner up, and spend some time outside! One person carries the plate out, the other person carries it back (so both partners walk 100m together, but each only have the plate for 50m of it), then set the plate down and sprint together out and
back. When you come in, start at any one of the 3 exercises – these reps are split; one work / one rest. Switch back and forth however BUT, every minute on the minute both partners do the indicated exercise together. Continue until the list is complete! Then cool down with a row?!? MMM Week 3!
