Power Snatch Day! We’re working towards a 1RM at the end of the month, but today, sets of 2! Take a few warm-up sets at a higher rep count/lower weight, then start the sets of 2 around ~70% 1RM. Progressive load through all 4 sets. Spend the rest of class working up to 4 Rounds on Part 2 including some fun Row Intervals!
