Time to find that heaviest 1-rep Back Squat Farmgirls! Coming back to our practice session last week (Monday) - what did you learn about your warm-up/progression sets? How can we make those more efficient? Everyone should be doing what works best for THEIR bodies, which will be different for us all. Once you’re down to those sets of 1, add tiny bits until you fail!
