It's a TEAMWORK FRIDAY!  Ideally, work in teams of 3 → Waterfall style: 1 person starts on each of A, B, C. No one moves to the next exercise until all teammates finish. Rotate through until each person has done A, B, and C, then end the round with a 1:00 Plank together, followed by 0:30 MINIMUM of rest. This may feel unnecessary in the first few rounds, but will be a lifesaver later on... this is a long one!
