Working Not for Time today. On all four of our central exercises, the goal is to progress in load (or for Pull-Ups, choose a more challenging option), as the reps decrease. Every set should be a challenge for the given reps with the weight you choose. Make sure to rest after the 400m Run before starting the next round. Happy Thursday!
