Working not for time here, with our major focus being progressive loading to a heavy weight for the Sumo Deadlift! Reps for the Deadlift decrease each round, but all in-between exercises (KB Press, Squats, Row) stay the same reps, and happen just four times. Save a little gas in the tank for Part 2 EMOM finisher!
