Clean & Jerks are our Olympic lifting focus this month – today we're starting off with the basics! Complete this complex 5 rounds through at the same weight, ideally ~75% of your full C&J 1RM. The Hang Power Clean is meant to give you a feel for the weight on the bar, and to practice fast hip extension + fast turn around. Then, try to repeat those good things for a full Clean + Jerk!
