Barbell + Burpees + Rowing = perfect hump day Grind! Remember: just because it’s “For Time,” does NOT mean every move should be done as quickly as possible! Work on quality during the barbell lifts, then tap into speed during your Burpees and Row. Try to limit your rest and keep moving...BUT high quality on the barbell lifts should be your number 1 priority. The barbell work is meant to be a complex (complete all three lifts without setting the bar down). Use our levels below for weight guidance today, which should be fairly light.
