Deadlift 1RM coming 6/26... time to lock in! Today, progress through all 5 sets. Aim to be in the 75-85% 1RM range through the sets of four – the final set should be pretty tough! Then, we've got 3 x 7:00 EMOMs - some of these will be fairly constant movement, while others will allow a little bit more rest. But regardless, push HARD in the 7:00... rest is coming!
