You have all of class today to work towards 5 rounds here. Start off each round with the Barbell Complex – try to complete all 3 lifts without setting the bar down. This should kick your booty! Rest as long as needed after the barbell complex, then complete the plank and run to finish the round. Rest 1-2:00 before starting your next round.
