Here we have six sets of Deadlifts (4 reps at a time), but with a twist! The first 3 sets are Romanian Deadlifts: keep a soft bend in the knee and ONLY hinge about the hips! The final 3 sets are traditional Deadlifts: still hinge at the hips, but add a little more knee bend to fully bring the bar to the ground and maximize the strength coming from the legs! Then we've got a 15:00 EMOM rotating through 3 Stations.
