Happy Final Friendship Friday of the Month! Today, we have a fun partner workout, for total time. 1 Partner works while the other rests, and split reps (which means individual reps are 20-15-10-5). It’s up to you and your partner how you want to switch back and forth to complete the work. There’s no designated rest in this workout, so PLEASE take rest when you need it, especially in this heat!
