Happy Monday! The goal today is to complete a full Clean (start on the ground + catch in the squat) + Split Jerk, for 6 sets all at the same weight of 80% 1RM C&J. AKA let's throw some heavy weight around! Then we've got some speed work for you at the end, where we're aiming for fastest time of each round, with a long rest in between rounds.
