Working Not for Time today, Up to 5 rounds (AKA whatever you have time + energy for today!). Lots of our favorites included here, but our major focus is on the Strict Press. Start at a moderately challenging weight for a set of 5 (50%?) and add a little each  round. That final round set should be near or at failure on those final few reps!
