Working for 16:00 here, AMRAP for the 4 exercises BUTTTT with a twist. Every 2:00 minutes on the minute, stop where you’re at and head out for a 100m run (including on 0:00). So the run happens on 0:00, 2:00, 4:00, etc., all the way until the clock runs out! The four inside exercises are chipper format – break them up into as many sets as needed, but you must complete all reps of an exercise before moving on. Then we have ANOTHER BENCHMARK...100 KB Swings for time = Russian KB Swings (to eye level). Going for speed here, but make sure we’re still hinging at the hips and squeezing the booty at the top.
