Time to get this fun benchmark done for the summer! 500m = let’s sprint BABY! Remember not to sacrifice the stroke length to move faster. Longer strokes = more efficiency. And yes, that’s a devil emoji for Part 2... this won’t be easy! Complete 5-7 rounds for time (member’s choice) including a mandatory 0:30 rest at the end of each round. With the built-in rest, get through each round
as FAST as you can! AND see if you can keep the same pace all rounds!
