Happy Monday Farmgirls! We're working with sets of 3 for our Bench Press today. Take a couple of warm-up sets to find a starting weight of ~65% 1RM. Then progress from there as able through the sets of 3! Then, (up to) 5 rounds of some more focused strength work for Part 2 including TIRE FLIPS!
