For the Bench Press today: all 5 sets should be done at the same working weight of 65% 1RM (last tested 4/9). Take a couple warm-up sets to reach that weight before starting on the 5x5. Remember to engage the shoulder blades (pull them together as the bar lowers), keep the booty on the bench, and feet engaged against the ground!
