Working not for time here. Take a good 10:00 or so to warm-up to working weight for the C&J (80-90% 1RM = really heavy!) before getting started on the rounds. Ideally a Full Clean (catch in the squat) and Split Jerk. Stick with the same weight for all 4 Rounds. Then we'll finish up your Tuesday with a quick & spicy 8:00 AMRAP LEG BURNER!
