Back Squats are a BIG focus this month...1RM coming 1st week of August! Then, work through the end of class on Part 2, or up to 5 Rounds. Don’t worry too much about getting 5 Rounds done, instead focus on doing a high-quality job at each exercise! Form is more important than anything else, always.
