Tempo bench press - Tempo = 0:05 down, then right back up at normal speed! If needed, take a pause at the TOP of each rep to reset your breath. A little bit of progression through the 5 sets is ideal, working somewhere in the 50-70% range. Focus more on maintaining tempo than on getting up to a heavy weight. Then, 22:00 on the clock to get through as many rounds as possible. Kicking it off with our favorite - BEARS! 🐻
