A bit of a GRIND today... you've got this!!! Rep count starts at 2 reps for all three of our exercises, followed by a 200m run. Then reps go up to 4, then 6, then 8, then 10. THEN, make your way back down to 2's in the reverse pattern. Run is ALWAYS 200m!!!
