Some heavy BENCH PRESS today! Ideally, all 6 sets of 4 repetitions should be done at 75-80% 1RM. For those who don’t know their 1RM, pick a weight that’s challenging for 4 reps – and most likely NOT do-able for many more reps than that at a single time.
