Working through this in a Not for Time format, with the goal being to get through as much of the barbell movements each round as a “complex” (i.e. not setting the bar down). AND also, to do the Burpees each round unbroken. Start with 1 of each movement, then 2...all the way up to 10 of each! Rest as you need to between bar work, Burpees, and between rounds. Meet us at the BAR!!!
