For Part 1, you have 8-10 Sets of the below Snatch Complex to complete (1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 Overhead Squat = 1 set). For Part 2, we've got some intervals! Spend 3:00 at each station, working for 0:40 and resting for 0:20 (not rotating
through).
