We hope you had a restful weekend... it’s time to test out the Snatch 1RM! We last tested this on April 26th, and have worked hard on them since! Ideally a full Snatch (starting from the floor, catch in the full Squat), adjust to Hang or Power if necessary. Remember to inhale before you start, tension the whole body against the bar, then drive through the ground to start the lift!
