The format of this workout is pretty straight forward, AND the exercises are some of our classics... BUT it will be a toughie! 20 reps is a big set for a lot of these exercises; it doesn’t necessarily mean you MUST do them unbroken. And, you might actually get through the whole thing a little faster by breaking each exercise into 2-3 sets. Members’ choice for number of rounds! Maybe plan to do 4 and see how you feel about the 5th when you get there. Happy Monday Farmgirls!
