Starting off with a max plank...YES we’re going to test it again at the end but still give your all! Looking for a Center Elbow Plank today. Then, speeding it up a bit with a 21:00 minute rotating EMOM. You have 1:00 to complete the couplet, then
rest the duration of the minute and rotate to the next couplet to begin again on the next minute. The 3rd minute is just 2 Plate Pushes - work as hard as you can, then take the remainder as rest and get ready for the next round. Finally, time to dig deep and finish it off with another MAX PLANK...You've got this!!!
