Kicking this week off with TURKISH GET-UPS! 20 Total Reps, get them done any way you can! For Part two, we have essentially 4 rounds for total time, but each round drops an exercise and reps above decrease. With these bigger rep numbers, you are not necessarily intended to go unbroken—divide them up as you need to stay on pace through the whole workout—but if you can go unbroken, more power to ya!
