Today we're testing out Max Double Unders with a jump rope! This is one we test every few months or so to help track progress, so be sure to write down how many you do! Complete either Max DUs in 1:00 (better for less experienced jump-ropers) or Max Unbroken DUs (better for those who can string several together). Then, it's Tabatas! Tabata = 4:00 at each station, working for 0:20 / resting for 0:10.
