For our Back Squats today, these are some high rep sets especially if you did those lunges yesterday... Work from the racks and progressive load as able, but make your focus/emphasis on hitting full ROM each rep rather than being super aggressive with loading. Then, we've got a little FGB for your Thursday! 1:00 at each station (5 stations) x 3 rounds, with a 1:00 rest in between rounds.
