Happy Monday! Snatches are our heavy theme today. Part 1 = 8-10 sets of 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Power Snatch (start at knee height) + 1 Overhead Squat. Progressive load through the sets. Part 2 = bring your bar to 75% of ending weight from Part 1, to use for all sets of Part 2 Power Snatch.
