For Part 1: we're looking to work up close to a max for 2 reps, ideally a full Squat Clean and Split Jerk. These should NOT be touch-and-go. Stop in between reps to re-set the breath and posture. For Part 2: Bring that bar down to 60-70% ending weight from Part 1 for some quick & sweaty rounds!
