Work up to a heavy strict press for two reps (following the pattern of 10-8-6-4-2). Then, do max reps of PUSH PRESS at your ending weight (no more than 20 reps). How many can you get?! Finishing it off with a 20:00 Rotating EMOM...how about those bench hops though?!
