This is a little bit of a ‘discovery’ day for your Deadlift - see what you can do for 5 reps! Start with ~60% 1RM. For Part 2, you've got essentially 4 rounds, with the first three exercises decreasing in reps each round. Focus on progressive loading those exercises each round as able!
