There are three ‘couplets/stations’ in which you and your partner will work waterfall style (one partner on each exercise, only switch when both are done). Then, complete the ‘in between exercise’ (running, rowing, jump rope) together. You may not be able to complete all of these unbroken – just do as many reps in a row as possible, then take a break when needed!
