Welcome to 2025! We hope your New Year’s Eve & Day were GLORIOUS...today let’s partner up and celebrate 2025 in style! Today we’ve got a 25:00 Partner AMRAP. There are three couplets/stations’ in which you and your partner will work waterfall style (one partner on each exercise, only switch when both are done). Then, complete the ‘in between exercise’ (running, rowing, jump rope) together. You may not be able to complete all of these unbroken – just do as many reps in a row as possible, then take a break when needed!
