This is our final Benchmark of the month – MAX Plank! We last tested this on 10/31/25. Spend the remaining time in class working up to 4 rounds on Part 2, with an emphasis on our Clean Complex at the top of each round: 1 Hang Power Clean (start from the hang, catch in power, and focus on an explosive hip drive and fast turn over) + 1 Power Clean (starting from the ground, so adding the first pull. Work on hips and shoulders rising together in the first pull) + 1 Front Squat (full depth, slow and controlled). Progressive load as you work through the rounds.
