Happy Snatch Day! For our Snatch work today, we're first sneaking in some drills to help you get BETTER at the Snatch, then working on the actual Snatch itself. A great day for those who really want to ACE the technique of this lift! Then, we'll finish up with a 15:00 sweaty AMRAP!
