In any order: Partners will perform 2 Rounds of each couplet. Partner 1 will do 20 Push Presses while Partner 2 completes 15 Jump Squats. When partner 1 gets done with the bar, Partner 2 will begin her 20 Push Presses while partner 1 does 15 Jump Squats. They will repeat this, then move on to the next couplet! Essentially each person will do 40 Push Presses and 30 Jump Squats before moving on to the next one!
