For this AMRAP, we’re not looking for an all-out sprint, but more-so a steady pace that you can stick with for the full 20:00. For Strict Press, Curtsy Lunges, and Teapots, try to use the same one KB, which should challenge you a bit extra on the press and lunges, and maybe be a bit more moderate for the teapots.
