Today, you’ve got the whole class to work on these rounds, so no rush – we're all about quality today! Aim for 5 rounds or whatever you’ve got time/energy for. The first 4 exercises are to be completed as a complex. This means complete all 4 Barbell lifts without setting the bar down! Progressive load through all the rounds if able. This should be TOUGH! Take as much rest after the barbell work as needed before starting the final three exercises, which are all core focused. THEN take at least 1-2:00 to rest and load the bar before starting the next round.
